Distill results on climate variability and oceanography

Make sense of the various results looking at how catchability (and its influences) is correlated with modes of climate variability, and of composite oceanography during each mode of each phase, including drawing on the literature. Draft text for paper (results, possibly some discussion).

I started drafting text for a paper in doc in our shared folder. Contributions and feedback welcome!

Also, the idea of creating another table by hand drove me to replicate some of my Matlab code in Quarto. If we keep the table that I made, I'll add the script to a future code review. If we don't, you can ignore the Quarto stuff.
