[kernel] Fix excessive index calculation logic

Currently we are generating excessive index calculation logic due to affine map usage. This is suspected to cause low performance. Investigate it and avoid such.

As a first step, if we have various boundary checks, we need to see if we can avoid them by setting alignments and/or compiler hints.
