Add “Register elsewhere” anywhere there is a “Register” button

So people are not forced to create an account on the same host.

If I currently go to https://timbl.com/timbl/, there is a "Register" button. This button leads me to register on timbl.com (which, BTW, isn't possible in the first place because this is a single-user instance). We should probably not force people to create an account on the first host they happen to access; rather, "Register" should explain that they have a choice.

Host currently does 3 things :

• Storage of files
• Host WebID
• Delegated Identity Authentication

The decentralized nature of solid means that these 3 things should all be able to live on different URIs, and on different servers. The advantage is over silos is that you can have different servers specializing in different things (e.g. hosting, secure auth, storage space etc.)

So my guess is that this issue decouples storage and WebID profile, which seems like a good idea.
