Footer documentation links not rendered

e.g. on http://browsenpm.org/help/misc/npm-config we are missing the "see also":

I've removed them from the documentation as they are not links, in the source files they are just a list without links. We can sure parse them our and do some fancy linking but I don't know if that's worth the trouble as the exact same list is available in the sidebar.
