FYI: the info was passed on the slack of the openjs foundation. So the people who maintain the infrastructure know about it.

From the Slack discussion:

• Primary issue appears to be that quic.html wasn't generated, though interestingly the quic.md file does exist. This has been raised to the build team.
• As an aside, it was also discovered that /docs is still served by the NGINX origin rather than the Cloudflare Worker, though oddly both /api and /dist/latest/docs which are the same content are served by the Worker (both are also missing this file). Serve /docs from Worker release-cloudflare-worker#314 has been cut for this.

Generating the quic documentation was disabled by default. We also ended up having to stop building the quic internals by default pending an upcoming switch back to the official openssl distribution.

I think this is intentional, also you have the docs as @trivikr said.
