It seems like the connection to the server is down. The files can not be downloaded by neither "AImplicitUnconstrained(read=True, download=True)" nor "wget http://ftp.mi.fu-berlin.de/pub/cmb-data/bgmol/datasets/minipeptides/AImplicitUnconstrained.tgz".
