UI for installing/configuring component libraries

For noflo-nodejs, one currently has to use npm on commandline.
For noflo-browser, one has to change the build of noflo-ui itself to update the runtime. #154
For MicroFlo, change microflo build itself and reflash the runtime. External libs planned: microflo/microflo#3

It should be possible from the UI to

• Search for available libraries
• Install a new library
• Uninstall existing libraries

This would require additions to the FBP protocol, possibly a new sub-protocol.
