@LucaMiotto I've created the org for the summer event.

Regarding the csv, initially we used the format because it mirrored the spreadsheet used.

But actually only 3 columns are used by the script:
Attendee name, E-mail, Team N
So if you think it's easier to manage, we can rework the script for a csv containing just these three fields, and you export just these columns from the sheet you are using during the event.

I can confirm that the mailserver in use is that of qbus
