Deactivated events don't get updated on in Event Endpoint

Problem description

Events that had previously the flag “Visible for the Eventfinder” to true on LTS side and afterwards have been set to false, are no longer updated inside the Event Endpoint. This means that we don’t get this status update in AEM and these events are still visible.

I've already reported this to the Customer Care team with [issues.opendatahub.com #19393].

In the meantime we have to manually deactivate the events in AEM (AEM Active = false) that the TO’s are reporting to be removed.

Please solve asap this problem, as we don't get information for all deactivated events, only a few TO's are checking on suedtirol.info their content...

TO's reported that on suedtirol.info and the Südtirol Guide events that have been deactivated on TIC-Web are shown.

Whenever an event changes his visibility status on LTS side, the status has to be modified also inside the Event Endpoint and the notification to our system has to be sent, in order to deactivate the event also on AEM.

Actual behavior

Events don't get updated in the Event Endpoint.
E.g. event rid AB9DDC22B1D04F07A268F224DF52133E
I see the field "LastUpdate": "2026-05-04T13:36:19.334307+00:00",
but when I check the same event on LTS side:

I see that the event has been updated more recently:
"lastUpdate": "2026-06-23T15:56:53.983",

Where can we reproduce it?

Hi @sseppi, I've already informed the Customer Care team about this, knowing that Rudi is on holiday.

I did not know this field VisibleInEventFinder until your issue.
This field is new and was introduced by LTS after i implemented their interface.....If i get it right it should be used the same like a isSuedtirolInfoActive on the accommodations?
If this is true add publishedOn idm-marketplace, if false remove it?

I did some tests, not sure if i get this issue right, i requested /v1/events/AB9DDC22B1D04F07A268F224DF52133E?filter[startDate]=2026-06-29&filter[endData]=2026-12-31
with the IDM User
The response has no field VisibleInEventFinder

I see on the api a parameter "filter[onlyVisibleInEventFinder]" but no field.......

The event has set "isActive": true
For this reason the Activity is shown ........

I need a field where i see that this Event is not active or has to be deactivated for IDM otherwise i cannot update it...... let's discuss this issue

status update:
the VisibleInEventFinder is only for lts internal use, tommorrow we have a meeting to define if the importanceRate has to be taken

i tested and made a manual sync with the databrowser sync button and it worked, idm-marketplace was removed

Conclusion:

The field VisibleInEventFinder is only for LTS internal use. It seems pushes for data that has VisibleInEventFinder:false are not done, so we don't get updates here. So we have now a nightly LastChanged Sync, which updates all Events which changed during the day....
This lastchanged sync has to use the parameter onlyVisibleInEventFinder=false so all Events are returned, updated and deployed
