As Open Data Hub Manager I would like to have a web-based view with which I can see the amount of requests to the Open Data Hub API, per HTTP-Referer

This request is particularly relevant for STA, since they have released in production the integration of several mobility data. This view should be used in particular for the timeseries domain, but actually could cover also the content API as well.

The tool proposed is irrelevant, should be proposed by the software architects which solution is the best to use according to our environment.
