Cannot build with `mlua` enable

I can't seem to build with the mlua feature flags enabled. Is there any external dependencies that I should install to be able to compile?

I am currently getting LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'lua5.1.lib' when trying to build with the features, but when including mlua as a dependencies with luajit enable, I can compile just fine. I am using Window with neovim 0.11 if that matters

Did you add this .cargo/config.toml to your crate?

After i added the file with the content. The compilation still fail with the same error message. I did run a cargo clean then build again.
