Add cofactor into `BigCurveParamsTrait`

The cofactor is a useful bit of information about the curve which may be useful to library users, e.g. we require the cofactor to calculate the offset generators.

It's pretty low effort to add these into the BigCurveParamsTrait so that we can programmatically pull this information for a generic curve.
