Proposal: host notes (on m5?) - in HedgeDoc (with pandoc md to mediawiki exporter)

I want to self-host meeting notes -- so we can more tightly integrate with templates, or helpful redirection e.g. redirect /meeting to /meeting/2026-04-28.
