Update uuid to 14.0.0

Versions of uuid prior to 14.0.0 have a vulnerability: https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-w5hq-g745-h8pq
Even though react-mosaic only uses uuid v4, it's probably better to update anyway, to avoid any false positives.
