Noobaa Endpoint Service break after certificate rotation on noobaa-s3-serving-cert, noobaa-mgmt-serving-cert and nobbaa-db-serving cert

Environment info

• NooBaa Operator Version: 4.14.9
• Platform: OCP 4.14.33

Actual behavior

1. S3 Service is brooken, endpoints has these error

   ....
   e;proto=https","x-forwarded-for":"10.131.67.219"} Error: self-signed certificate in certificate chain
   at TLSSocket.onConnectSecure (node:_tls_wrap:1674:34)
   at TLSSocket.emit (node:events:518:28)
   at TLSSocket.emit (node:domain:488:12)
   at TLSSocket._finishInit (node:_tls_wrap:1085:8)
   at ssl.onhandshakedone (node:_tls_wrap:871:12)

   The above certs are change after 1 year now and the problem are happened.
