Brevo plugin. BrevoManager.SetPartnerAsync Method should use ILogger.ErrorAsync call

We have an asynchronous method ErrorAsync in the ILogger interface. It is more correct to use it in asynchronous calls, as in the case of the BrevoManager.SetPartnerAsync method.
