Add support for "See Price in Cart" feature (MAP pricing)

Add support to configure a product to only show the price when it is added to a cart.

This is the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) concept.

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) is a policy set by manufacturers that limits the lowest price a retailer can publicly display for a product, but it does not set a floor on the actual sale price.

I think you may be able to achieve a results using the new Price List feature? (Though not the fluidity of adding to cart to get a price change)

We have the same requirement also where our public prices must meet Manufacturer standards. We have had to work around this issue in earlier version of NopCommerce by injecting our own pricing logic
