parametrize macros.html

The templates folder has a macros.html file that was used for the 2020 event. Needing a quick and dirty solution, I recopied that into macros_2022.html and changed to path to use it for the unconference 2022.

That file looks very useful and we could use it for other events (Every time we need a schedule), would be cool to make the path an input variable so that we can reuse the same file in the future
