Build for Flatpak

Since OBS is pushing its Flatpak version on Linux systems, would be good to have this addon built for the Flatpak version as well, just like other plugins like Vertical Canvas, Waveform and Advanced Scene Switcher.

I just haven't done it yet. There is a guide [1] on how to distribute the plugin on Flathub. It's old document but it should still be valid. Color Monitor plugin will be the first priority. I will make it someday.
