IPC should be streamlined and be hidden behind events.

The whole IPC communication part should be made internal, and exposed via Events or Triggers, but not whatever things now.
There's like 5 different ways of communicating back and forth and it's hard to tell what the differences are.

That being said, it's a perfect fit for either Events or Triggers.

I don't mind switching it if you're cool with it.

Certainly, ipc-communication still has room for improvement.

I also agree with the introduction of triggers.
If it is introduced, I think communication specific to each webview will be handled via triggers, while global shared across all webviews will use IpcEvent.
