Windows first time user HELP

ok I downloaded the zip file, unzipped it to a new folder that I called Coomer.
What, exactly do i do now to launch the software ?

Do NOT Download the Binaries, load the Release:
https://github.com/notFaad/coom-dl/releases/tag/0.75
(Zip File from the bottom, extract all and start exe file. GUI is more or less self expainatory)
