[SUGGESTION] Change Media Type Strings In Catalyex Engine To Allow Continuity With Legacy Jobs

Changing these two strings to Photos and Videos allow jobs that were done previously or were in progress to continue without having to start from scratch on the new engine.

I realize this is still mid-development and the new engine likely isn't complete yet but wanted to put it out there for consideration.

I do think images is a better organizational descriptor than photos so there's likely a more elegant to solution to this that'd keep images, this was just my band-aid fix.
