offlineQA: error when loading hdr/img file

Hi Michael,

I think this could be a path problem. I checked setInitialParams.m in offlineQA on github and there is no call to MRIread at line 11.
Do you have another function called setInitialParams.m that shadows the correct setInitialParams.m in offlineQA?

I will check this. I believe I perhaps was trying it on Kevin's freesurfer branch hence the error as he is using more general image reading functions, rather than relying on mrTools
