Add motion correction parameters #18
Description
Add optional button to run quick motion correction within each scan individually. This could be done using spm_realign, or perhaps some mrTools functions. Perhaps using AFNI?
Adding a button to generate the motion plots would be good, or a movie of the 4d data.
