This is quite a lot more complicated than just a "tick box". I do agree a quote system would be useful though, similar to how it was in old RIGS (but just implemented in a non-shit way)

My proposal was as simple as making the template conditional, i.e. it only adds signature things/changes the title to say "Quote" etc if a certain condition was met. I would propose using the MIC field for this, would also stop people booking RIGS without an MIC (yes I know they would just set it to themselves then unset it, but it shows up in the changelog that they're being a dick).

An easier way of doing it would be to just have a "Print Quote" button next to the normal print button.
