There's a couple of bugs I found

Thanks for putting in the work to integrate Aviary!

I found a couple o' bugs,

• The functions window.top.initAviary() and window.top.featherEditor() don't exist?
• The /AviaryUpload ajax call messes up when the deployment is under a subdirectory
• There are height/size issues when the editor is opened on an image object added to a page
• The image is "saved" before the save button is clicked for the Image Object (related to above)
• Moving tools to yml would be good (I think you already have a to-do here)
