Error when trying to get /? HELP

You can get command line help if you just type the ./BasTo6809 without any options. I should add more help though if the user asks for it with a -h option like ./BasTo6809 -h
I should make it handle other things more graceful (if I can), it defaults to thinking you are giving it a filename to compile.
