Extension missing for method ST_SetsRID

Is it possible to add an extension method for the ST_SetsRID method similar to the ST_Transform?

Sorry it took so long to answer this.

The problem with ST_SetSRID is that there's no easily corresponding thing in NetTopologySuite, which is the .NET spatial library whose calls we translate to SQL. NTS Geometry does have a settable STID property, but property assignment can't be done within LINQ queries (we'd need a function returning a copy); the setter also has a warning to not use it except for exceptional circumstances.

We can add an EF-specific EF.Functions.SetSRID or similar. I'll put this in the backlog to see if people need something like that.
