[BUG] opal-security install failing due to npm issue

This issue exists in the latest npm version

• I am using the latest npm

Current Behavior

Getting an error npm error Exit handler never called! when running brew reinstall opal-security on Mac M3 Max running Sequoia 15.3. Full log attached.

Expected Behavior

opal-security should be installed

Steps To Reproduce

1. In this environment...
2. With this config...
3. Run '...'
4. See error...

Based on errors provided it looks like it's an issue with network connection as i could see many ETIMEDOUT errors. Check your network connection and try again.

If your network is not an issue then please provide output of npm config ls without any sensitive information to check further
