[nrf noup] boot/zephyr/Kconfig: fix MBEDTLS_CFG_FILE value

Zephyr provides "mcuboot-mbedtls-cfg.h" as glue interface for
configure mbedts. "config-tls-generic.h" default value was erroneously
introduced during a meta codebase synchronization.
