zephyr: nrf_wifi: Update RPU patch to rev#af1b5e100d8

UMAC:
    Disable the dynamic ED configuration bitmap setting in the
    LMAC command init parameters.
    RPU patch version update to 1.2.14.1
    [SHEL-3537] : Incorrect wdev_id in UMAC Event Responses
                  for Second Virtual Interface (VIF).
