nrf_wifi: Update RPU patch to rev#80e4b87e769

UMAC:
    [SHEL-3051] : changes for offloading raw TX command in a
                  standalone patch.
    [SHEL-3044] : Run time API function to enable QOS null
                  frame based power save.
    [SHEL-2971] : Handling rx rate flags in UMAC patch.
    [SHEL-2995] : Parsing keep alive parameters from host in command
                  init and sending to LMAC.
    [SHEL-3112] : Set regulatory domain subcommand is not working
                  with nRF7002 Bare Metal driver.
    [SHEL-3124] : Enabling maximum packet capture in promiscuous mode.
    [SHEL-3156] : Regulatory domain validation checks added for
                  Offloaded raw tx command for Tx power and channel.
    [SHEL-3176] : Bypass Regulatory domain subcommand is broken due to
                  structure mismatch in ncs and nrf70_wifi_firmware.
    Checking IRQ status before entering sleep mode.
    Added watchdog timer programming from Host.

LMAC:
    [SHEL-3052] : Offload raw tx mode support added. LMAC retains
                  control info of raw info, wakeups peridically
                  and schedules raw tx frame.
    Patch Optimization changes.

PHY:
    [SHEL-3087] : Determine the Chip package and modify the
                  optimized setting value for PALDOTRIM to 3.4V
                  for CSP and leave it unchanged at 3.3V for QFN.
    [SHEL-2768] : Develop patch for Enhanced TX DC algorithm.
    [SHEL-3094] : Implemented a new command in the Radio Test sample
                  to read and display battery voltage in Volts.
    [SHEL-2522] : Updated the PHY firmware design document to include
                  details on various aspects of firmware functionality.
    [SHEL-2856] : ROM patch optimizations.
    [SHEL-2854] : Optimize PHY patch functions.
    [SHEL-3160]:  Implement firmware changes to introduce an additional
                  power backoff for DSSS to meet product specifications.
    [SHEL-3150] : Exit calibration mode after compute_optimal_xo_val
                  command execution.
    [SHEL-3059] : Notch 0 filter has been enabled for both OFDM and
                  DSSS packets.Filter bandwidth is reduced to
                  16 KHz (S=3, L=7).
    [SHEL-3131]:  PA LDO need not be turned on in Passive scan only
                  application as TX is not attempted.
