Update go recipe using nx-go

Hello Nx team! 👋

I'm the author of https://github.com/nx-go/nx-go, a plugin for adding first-class Go support to an Nx workspace.
I propose to update the Go recipe in this repository by using the plugin to show the Nx community what can be done with it. (the current recipe is not very developed)

We already have a nx-go recipe available here: https://github.com/nx-go/nx-go-playground
Perhaps a good example for the recipe in this repository?
