Extending dependency graph with "dependency strength"

I'm a lead-dev which tries to keep the structure of a NX-workspace with multiple Angular-apps suistainable. I notice that sometimes components are added to existing projects by devs, while it would be better to create a new project for them. Currently i look at what was affected by a build and how it corresponds to the changed code. I then sometimes see that seperating out components would make "affected" more efficiënt.
I think it would help to see the "strength" of a dependency. Visually this may be displayed using the thickness of the connector-lines.
