Allow easy configuration for maven style.color

Currently the maven batch executor hard codes the maven style.color = always and one can use maven.config to override it, but ideally in CI by default the setting should be configured to use no colours or it should resonate with the NO_COLOR, FORCE_COLOR flag as set by the user
