Some small updates are required for the test files under data/pcrim/ following the latest release:

• JSON config files need some adjustments:
  • Change "binding spec" line to "PC Client RIM"
  • Change "bindingSpecVersion" to "1.1"
  • Move payLoadType to Meta; value must be "Indirect"
  • Payloads needs "supportRimType = TCG_EventLog_Assertion"
• Regenerate base RIMs to reflect above changes
