Zenodo GitHub integration not working

The QGreenland GitHub integration is not working and appears to be an open issue. See: zenodo/zenodo-rdm#896.

Until this gets resolved, we should update our release documentation to indicate that Zenodo releases of the QGreenland code should be done manually (similar to the process for creating a new Zenodo release for the QGreenland core data package).
