Create additional data download tables

In addition to the existing data download table, add another table with all the object information for an individual assessment.

Table fields:
For observing systems, data products and applications:

• Title
• Short Name
• Description
• Organization
• Funder
• Funder Country
• Website
• Contact Information
• Persistent Identifier
• Hypothetical (Y/N)

For societal benefit areas:

• Title
• Short Name
• Description
• Framework Name
• Framework Url

The drop-down menu would have to have additional links (unless you would recommend a simpler approach):
