My friend was coding with nteract as a researcher working with the NASA James Web Space Telescope. He had written over 1000 lines of code (20+ hours of work), and he made sure to save his work continuously (at least every other minute). However, he accidentally quit the application, and when he reopened it, ALL of his work was erased.
Is there nothing that can be done to bring his work back? Or is there anything that can be done to remedy this situation? I cannot emphasize how devastated he is to have lost all of his hard work.
Please help.
