HTTP Flows Issues Using Cento

When cento exports HTTP flows to ntopng there are various glitches

• the HTTP method is not exported by Cento. Either Cento by default exports it (best) or ntopng should not not report "unknown method"
• • the URL is wrong as clicking on the link omits the host. Note that changing this setup should not break nProbe compatibility

Cento must export a single HTTP_URL
