Bluetooth playback issue

When playing via (any) Bluetooth device, playback lasts about one second and then goes silent. So in effect Bluetooth can not be used. This behavior is unique to Nuclear Player, all other apps play fine.

It's EndeavourOS (Arch Linux).

Happy to follow your instructions for debugging.

Are you using Pipewire or Pulseaudio or something else?

If you see Server Name: PulseAudio (on PipeWire x.x.x) → you're running PipeWire (with its PulseAudio compatibility layer)

On a default EndeavourOS install, you'll almost certainly be on PipeWire + WirePlumber (its session manager) + pipewire-pulse (the PulseAudio compatibility layer). The pipewire-pulse layer is why pactl and other PulseAudio tools still work transparently — apps "think" they're talking to PulseAudio, but PipeWire handles it underneath.

Ok, as a matter of fact I also use Endeavour, so if it's a standard setup I should be able to reproduce this. It doesn't reproduce on Mac, even though both Mac and Linux use Webkit.
