Is there a way to backup and restore settings?

Is there a way to backup and restore settings, such as the protected list, or import the whitelist from another extension? I was using CookieBro but it has been abandoned. It allows exporting the cookie whitelist easily, so I have my existing whitelist which could be imported.

There is currently no way to import/export protected or block lists. I might add it in the future if/when I have some time to work on this project.
