Is it possible to add a conditional branch for new ISBSVC resource type in the Rust DataForwarder?

We are planning to implement direct transfer between pod using a 2nd-NIC, and we would like to add a conditional branch for the new ISBSVC resource type in the Rust DataForwarder. Would this be acceptable?

We have a concern that community may have a special intentions regarding this area, Since the "redis" branch that is implemented in the Go version has been removed.

Absolutely, but could you share the design details before you implement? Will the spec change because of this, if yes, how? We will have to do a review of the architecture before it is implemented.

We removed Redis because it was very painful to operate and we had saw data loss often because Redis did not have strict consistencies.

I've just talked about this topic with @syayi and @whynowy . I'll share the design and code with the community to use fork repository.
But, I'm considering two specific methods for sharing designs: using Google Docs, or creating a directory to store Markdown files.
