UI: pipeline display disappears without any operation

Describe the bug

Pipeline display on UI (numaflow-server) disappears without any explicit user operation.

Edges disappear first, then vertices do so.

To Reproduce

Use examples/1-simple-pipeline.yaml bundled with Numaflow.

1. Run kubectl apply -f 1-simple-pipeline.yaml to start a pipeline.
2. Show the pipeline on UI.
3. Wait for several minutes.

Expected behavior

Pipeline display remains.

Screen record is as follows. Edges disappear at 6:28, then vertices disappear at 6:58.

• Browser: Firefox 147.0.3
• OS:
  • Hosting Kubernetes: Ubuntu 24.04
  • Hosting browser: Ubuntu 24.04 on Hyper-V on Windows 11 Enterprise 25H2
