Per the review at #78 (comment), we can clarify that portability of improvements to other projects will likely come in the concrete forms of files like SciPy's Pixi manifest and GitHub workflow definitions, which can serve as templates and exemplars for other projects to customise to their needs.

I’m a beginner and would like to contribute to improving SciPy’s developer documentation as described in #87.
