New Repair Mutations

@ChrisTimperley can we add two repair mutations that can handle type overflows ?

1. Clamping: check if out of range for the type and update to MIN or MAX
2. Explicit Casting: add explicit cast to the identified expressions.

This can be done for @Result type constraints.
