Double-Commits possible on Get_Container

We have observed the following instances:

Especially for RepoCod, but likely all datapoints with prepatches are affected.
This happens if

We get a container with prepatch
we make changes to it, but do not git-commit
We get the container again

YT has hotfixed this in 8cbf622 and c696096
but I make this issue to track and test it a bit better.
