Add support for podman

Podman is an open source alternative to docker with additional security benefits. It comes pre-installed in RedHat-based systems like Fedora. It would be useful to add support for it.

Symlinking /bin/podman to /bin/docker and trying to use it does not work.

Thank you for opening the issue, replacing the binary file does not work as podman requires a different setup to run the container. You are welcome to create a PR to add this feature.
