Different modules should have different PR naming format #74
Description
Currently, we are assuming (and actually hard-coding) the requirements for PR naming format. However, different modules (e.g. CS2103 and CS2113) could require different naming formats. Thus, we would need to add a config for PR naming format regex for each module under semester/<module_code>/config.json
