Error in quickstart run command

I cannot seem to launch the jar file although i copied the command in the user guide as shown below.

Team's Response

We are unable to reproduce the bug because we do not know the files in his current directory. Hence, we are unable to pinpoint the exact issue that caused this error. User could provide a list of files in his current directory to let us better understand the problem.
